  • Couples

    Couples counselling, also known as couples therapy or relationship counselling, is a specialised form of therapy aimed at helping couples resolve conflicts, improve communication, and strengthen their relationship.

    In couples counselling, we work with both partners to explore underlying issues, identify patterns of interaction and develop strategies for building trust, intimacy and mutual understanding.

  • Children and Adolescents

    Confidentiality is a fundamental aspect of counselling for young people, with the understanding that their privacy is respected unless there is a risk of harm to themselves or others. Additionally, parents or guardians are typically involved in the counselling process to some extent, depending on the child's age and circumstances.

    Ange has extensive experience working with children and adolescents, along with working with children check, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for young clients to express themselves and receive the help they need. With empathy, compassion and expertise, she guides young people towards greater self-awareness, resilience and emotional well-being.

At Sydney Counselling Space, we offer support to neurodivergent people and people raising neurodivergent children.

Body and Mind

The body-mind connection is the profound link between physical sensations and emotional states. It plays a crucial role in overall emotional wellbeing.
