Hi, I’m Ange – I work with couples, children and individuals of all ages. My approach is warm, creative and flexible. I meet each person where they’re at – whether that’s through conversation, play, drawing or something in between. I enjoy exploring how relationships and nervous system regulation shape our wellbeing. Whether you’re a couple wanting to reconnect, a parent needing support, or you’re an individual finding your way, I’m here to help you feel understood and supported.
Feeling a bit overwhelmed, burnt out or just not quite yourself? Let’s figure it. I offer creative, neurodiversity-affirming counselling for people looking to explore emotions, build regulation tools and feel more like you. No pressure- just a space where you get to show up as you are.
Whether you’re autistic, ADHD, PDA, dyslexic or otherwise wired differently, you deserve support that respects who you are, not who the world expects you to be. This is about supporting you (or your child) to feel understood., respected and empowered in a world that often misunderstands difference.
Big feelings, sensory overloads, tricky school days – I get it. Whether it’s talking, drawing, moving or playing, I find what works. NDIS-friendly and always affirming of who you are, not who you’re told to be.
Raising our unique kids can be joyful, confusing and completely draining – sometimes all before breakfast. Bring your questions, your worries, your sense of humour – I’ll make space for it all.
I explore your experiences through evidence-based therapies and a systems-informed lens, recognising the connections that influence your wellbeing.
Every person brings their own story, strengths, and unique ways of seeing the world – even if they haven’t fully recognised them yet! And none of us exists in isolation. Our relationships, families and life experiences all shape who I am and how I face challenges.
In counselling, I’ll work together to explore your experiences in the context of your relationships – whether that’s with your partner, your children, your family – or within yourself. I’ll draw on approaches like narrative therapy, the Gottman method, emotion-focused therapy and mindfulness, adapting these tools to suit your situation and what matters most to you. We will also explore your context using a systems approach, recognising that we are not operating alone in the world. We will explore your situation through a systems view, recognising how various connections- like those with partners, family, friends or work colleagues can influence what’s going on for you.
My role is to offer a supportive space where I can uncover your strengths, make sense of your story and find practical ways forward – together.

My partner and I found Ange online through Sydney Wide Counselling initially and immediately felt comfortable opening up and working with her. My partner who is sceptical about counselling found himself at ease and benefiting from our sessions. Ange has since branched out on her own and she has our full support. Ange is professional and down to earth. We have never felt shame or judged by her and have benefited greatly from her compassion and help. We definitely reccomend Ange's services which are above anything I have experienced previously. Yaiza CreoTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. She was very understanding and caring to our individual personalities and issues. She helped us become more aware of our triggers and gave us tools on how handle various situations. Ange is Easy to talk to with no judgement. Just a genuinely nice person. It was good to approach our concerns separately first then have a joint session afterwards. We are now a better couple because of her assistance and will continue to see Ange in the future should we need to. Highly Recommend her services.
